Request your clients' bank transactions using our bank feed

To request transactions directly from the bank:

1) Go to Bank Accounts at the top of the screen 

2) Click on the blue button Fetch Transactions Directly From The Bank 

3)  Select the date range you require

4) Click New Request, enter any comments you wish to send to the client, then confirm and send

5) Once the request has been completed by the client you will receive a notification in LimeBooks and an email to confirm the transactions are ready for you

6) In the Bank Accounts section click the green button Allocate Bank Transactions 

7) Select the bank accounts you wish to allocate the transactions too. 

8) Process the bank transactions

* We recommend configuring your email address before sending a bank feed request

* We also recommend that you call your client to inform them of the request, especially if you haven't yet configured your email
