To record your mileage and subsistence logs in LimeBooks, you can create entries in the Travel Claims section.
This will allow you to easily record and monitor the mileage and subsistence that you're entitled to recover from the company based on HMRC's approved rates.
To get started with recording your entries follow the steps below:
1) Head to the Travel Claims section
2) Click the '+ Add New Travel Entry' button
3) Enter the details of the journey that you'd like to record i.e:
- Date
- Journey from and to
- Description for the reason behind the journey
- The number of miles traveled overall for this journey
- The subsistence claim being made (if applicable)
- The vehicle type
4) Click 'SAVE JOURNEY'
You've now created your mileage & subsistence entry. You can keep track of all entries by running a Travel Claims Report in the Reporting Section.
