Set up MTD for VAT on LimeBooks

Set up MTD for VAT on LimeBooks

1) Ensure your client has VAT enabled on there account. You can check this by clicking on 'Business Details' 

2) Click on the 'HMRC Connect' Button at the top of the screen 

3) Follow the instructions on screen ensuring you enter your Agent services account VAT user ID and password or your clients own government gateway details. 

4) You should now receive confirmation the account is connected to HMRC. 


If the login is unsuccessful. Please ensure the VAT number entered in Business Details is correct, and also your client has been authroised through your agents services account.*
